Flowers are out, fetish is in; Erotic Craft Fair offers alternative V-Day gifts

Real talk: when it comes to Valentine’s Day presents, flowers and chocolates are beyond played out. Luckily for everybody, sex shop Come As You Are’s seventh annual Erotic Arts and Craft Fair is here to spice up your little pink gift bag. 

“This is where you can get something original and made by hand,” says shop co-owner Sarah Forbes-Roberts. From cumrags awaiting a facial to ceramic dildos with warm-up capabilities, the fair offers something unique for any date or V-day stag in search of hot times on a cold night. The fair also features a cabaret of performances from artists in the craft community. “The idea was to support an erotic art movement in Toronto,” Forbes-Roberts says. “But also to challenge notions of who makes crafts, because they’re not who you think.”
